Happy Anniversary
I keep singing the "Happy Anniversary" song in my head. Today is mine and William's 2nd anniversary. YEAH! This weekend has been crazy. Friday William went to work at 6:30 a.m. He got off at 4:30pm and we rushed across town to Alissa and Kalei's wedding rehersal where I was the maid (Maitron sounds SO OLD) of honor. Then dinner followed at Spaghetti Wharehouse, which was delicious and we got home around 10:30pm. Then Saturday I was up again super early packing up the rugrats to go to Uncle Drew's for the day. I ran around like a crazy girl and headed off to the wedding. Fast forward several hours. Wedding ends and Melissa was keeping the girls overnight at her place so William and I could celebrate our anniversary. Our plan was to go home and change from the wedding and then head to Tunica to the casino for a nice dinner and some fun. We decided after getting home to lay down for about thirty minutes and then head out. Hit the pillow and I was a goner. It is SO TRUE what they say about how new parents would rather sleep than go on a date. We slept till midnight. We got up and ate and William said "let's go ahead and go to the casino now". Sounded good to me since the casino's are open 24 hours and we had slept for like five and half hours. So we finished eating and somehow fell asleep again before making it to the door, again. It was so crazy. We slept all night and woke up at 6:30am. Then we really did go to the casino. We ate breakfast, played the nickel slots and penny slots and then left. We went to Target and to a movie to see "Failure to Launch". The movie was really good, very funny. Then we went grocery shopping and came home. I would say overall that the weekend was really full and really fun. I am so happy to have found the love of my life in William. He is such a sweetie and we are still as happy with one another, if not happier, today as we were two years ago today. Thanks for all of you who love us and support us everyday!
